Plumbing and heating, priced before we start
Six vans out of a yard off North Street, covering Bristol and the villages south of it. Emergency call-outs, boiler repairs and replacements, annual servicing and landlord certificates. No call centre, and a fixed price in writing before anybody picks up a spanner.

The prices, on the website
Most plumbing sites will not put a figure anywhere, which is exactly why everyone assumes the worst before they ring. These are ours, and they are what we would say on the phone.
- The call-out covers the first hour, not fifteen minutes
- Parts are quoted before they go in, never after
- A quote after a visit is fixed, and it is in writing
- If it turns into a replacement, the call-out comes off

Invented, like the rest of this site, but in the shape a real price list would take.
Where we work
Bristol, and twenty miles around it
Six vans out of one yard. Inside the inner ring we can usually be with you the same day; outside it, the next. If you are not sure where you sit, the answer is normally yes.

Questions
The things people ask before they ring
Do you charge for a call-out?
Yes, £95, and it covers the first hour. If the job turns into a replacement, the call-out comes off the quote. We would rather tell you the number now than surprise you with it on the doorstep.
How quickly can you come out?
Emergencies are same day across most of Bristol, because two vans are held back every day for exactly that. Everything else is a day or two, in a two hour window rather than "sometime Tuesday".
Is the quote fixed?
Once we have seen the job, yes, and it is in writing. If we find something behind the wall that changes it, we stop and tell you rather than adding it to the bill at the end.
Which boilers do you fit?
Worcester, Vaillant and Ideal. There is nothing wrong with the others, those are the three we can get parts for the same day, which matters more than the badge when something fails in January.
Do you do landlord certificates across a portfolio?
Yes, and we hold dates for agents with several properties so a round of certificates is one week rather than six separate visits. We will contact tenants directly to arrange access if you would rather we did.
About this site. Bedminster Plumbing & Heating does not exist. Nexborne built it so that Helio SEO has somewhere real to plan for, write for and publish to, and so anyone weighing up the product can read the articles on a live site rather than in a screenshot. Every price, engineer and job on it is invented.
If you actually need a plumber in Bristol, theGas Safe Register will find you a registered one.
